Conditions
Sciencezoplanet Conferences allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time prior 10 days of the virtual conference. No further changes will be allowed after that.
Refund policy:
Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretariat/program manager.
Keeping in view of advance payment towards printing, shipping, app charges, technical assistance charges, program manager salaries and other unavoidable costs, we had to keep refund policy is as following slabs
- 90% refund before 30 days of the conference
- 80% refund before 15 days of the conference
- 70% refund before 10 days of the conference
- No refunds will be granted between the duration of 10 days to the conference.
- Access to the conference Sessions in the virtual platform is available only to registered participants.
- If the registrant is unable to attend the conference any sorts of the reason, then registrant may transfer his/her registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference manager, or registrant can attend our next upcoming conference by sending the request to Program Manager or registrant can particiapte in e-poster/video presentation, the certificate of e-poster/video presentation after the conference.
Postponement: Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed. If conference postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within six month from the date of postponement.
Transfer of registration:
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@sciencezoplanet.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.
